The Open Range run

From first call to clean tank.

No maze of forms. No mystery windows. A clear route from “I need help” to “the truck is on its way.”

  1. Call it in

Give us the address, tank size if you know it, and whether the lid is exposed.

  2. Route gets built

We line up the pump truck around East Idaho routes instead of making you chase vague windows.

  3. Truck rolls

A 2,500 gallon truck shows up ready for routine tanks, larger systems, and access work.

  4. Tank gets cleared

You get the job done, the price explained, and a cleaner maintenance plan for next time.

Clear numbers up front

No guessing at the gate.

One number. Up to 1,200 gallons. Larger tanks quoted clean before the work starts — never after.

Before we roll

Four things that make the call smoother.

Tank access

Not sure where the lid is, or know it's buried? Just give us a heads up and we'll bring digging or a riser to make access easy.

Tank size

Not sure? No problem. A rough age of the home and household size still helps.

Backups or odors

Mention slow drains, sewage smell, or wet spots so the call gets handled with the right urgency.

Last pump date

If you know when it was last pumped, that helps us plan the right maintenance timing.

What Open Range handles

Pump it. Quote it. Keep it simple.

Routine pumping

Residential septic pumping for tanks up to 1,200 gallons at a straight flat rate.

Larger tanks

Bigger systems and commercial jobs are quoted cleanly before the work starts.

Digging and risers

Need help exposing the lid or setting up easier access? Add digging or riser work when needed.

Not sure if it is time?

If one of these sounds familiar, call before it becomes a mess.

  • It has been 3-5 years since the last pump
  • Drains are slowing down across the house
  • There are odors near fixtures or the tank area
  • The lawn is unusually wet around the drain field
  • You just bought the property and do not know the history
